Spirit Guide Meditation - $25.00

If you wish to make a connection with your Spirit Guides, this guided meditation is a wonderful way to connect with them. It is based on visualization and even if you do not see anything, you will feel the presence of your guides. They are always around you.
Using crystals, Reiki, my guides, and other beings – I help to create an environment of light to allow for deeper relaxation so that you may ascend into higher levels of consciousness.
This is especially useful after a Reiki treatment because your body is cleared of blockages that may normally hinder spiritual communication.

Being an empath, one of the most vital meditation exercises I learned was a Grounding & Shielding Meditation. This helped me to keep out another's emotions and worked wonders when having to deal with crowds for an extended period of time.
With this guided meditation, I take you through the basic steps of Grounding, Centering, Shielding (protecting), and cutting any unnecessary etheric cords that are draining your energy. With the help of my guides and crystals, I ensure that the area we work in is fully shielded from any outside influences.
I will also discuss some coping strategies and offer what empathic support I can.
Explore Your Inner Animal - $30.00Experience animal consciousness. Allow your mind to blend with the mind energy of the animal. This will help you to develop a closer relationship with animals. Connect with your spirit animals and if you don’t already know what they are – I will discern them from my Animal Totem Deck.
I’ll work with you and your pet to develop a deeper connection. For this meditation, I make a house-call to your home to work personally with you and your pet.
If your pet is not good with people, I can conduct this visualization exercise from afar. You just need to bring items that your pet uses and/or a photograph. We can do this meditation in-office or at your home.

On occasion, a past-life may manifest in the present time. An irrational fear of the water may be the cause of a drowning, the dislike of anyone near your neck may be the result of being hanged, or driving through an area you’ve never been before quickly, for no reason, may be an indicator that something negative happened to you at that particular location. Phobias with no explainable cause, such as claustrophobia, may be the cause of a past life.
Once the causes of the manifestations are discovered, they can be healed. Utilizing Reiki & a technique called ‘psychic surgery’ – I can heal the issues.
By choosing to live a healthier lifestyle, free of karmic chains of the past – the subconscious will recognize and treat this intent as real.
