Greetings! My name is Kristi and I am a Reiki Master Practioner, trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. I offer healing treatments and Intuitive Readings in the Western New York area (the suburbs of Buffalo).

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique and a branch of holistic healing that aids in stress reduction, eliminates toxins, and clears negativity away from the body.
It involves the manipulation of the energy field around and within the body to aid in healing –as well as touch therapy through various hand positions on or above the body.
Clients enter a relaxed, meditative state for the treatment, during which a variety of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues are eased.
Spiritual progress is like detoxification.
Things have to come up in order to be released.
Once we have asked to be healed, then our unhealed places are forced to the surface.
